Endre Borbely Ceramics Bookings: full terms and conditions

To book in with Endre Borbely Ceramics, start by emailing and discussing your interest and availability. Endre Borbely Ceramics will suggest available dates, which you can select. EBC will provide a link to the booking service or payment page, which you can then confirm your booking.
Online Booking:
Follow the link on the website, choose an available date your booking is automatically accepted and payments processed. Email confirmation will come from the external booking site, with a follow-up from EBC.
Gift vouchers can be used as full payment, please bring your voucher to the studio to redeem.
Course availability
Endre Borbely Ceramics is an individual craftsman, and therefore courses that are offered are limited in numbers.
All courses are offered subject to availability, and unfortunately, spaces cannot be guaranteed, we recommend that you book early to avoid any disappointment.
All bookings will be confirmed by Endre Borbely Ceramics via email.
Refunds & cancellations (course bookings)
After booking, you have 3 days to cancel your booking, and you will receive a full refund if you do so.
If you have used a gift card to pay for part or all of the booking, it will be reactivated so you can use it again at another time.
You can cancel your booking up to 14 days before the workshop starts, receive a full refund, or amend the date to one that works for you. 14 days allows me time to refill the space. Please email me to cancel your booking.
If you cancel within 14 days of the start date, you will not receive a refund, however, depending on circumstances, we might be able to amend the date. This will be at the discretion of Endre Borbely Ceramics, please get in contact to discuss.
Refunds will be returned to the card that made the booking.
In the rare event that Endre Borbely Ceramics needs to cancel a session, as much notice will be given as possible, and refunds or date changes will be offered. Please be aware that we cannot reimburse any expenses that may incur in relation to booking the course.
Gift vouchers
Endre Borbely Ceramics offers gift vouchers, which can be spent on any courses available on the website. These will be sent to you via email through the external gift card system.
If the gift card does not reach you, please get in contact and we will resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Vouchers are valid for 1 year. Bookings must be made by the expiry date, though the actual course may take place later than this.
Safety & insurance
There will be some health and safety measures in place within the studio to keep you safe. Endre Borbely Ceramics will explain any important information on arrival to the studio. I am covered by public liability insurance.

Endre Borbely Ceramics will provide a learning environment that is free from judgement or bias, regardless of race, religion, national origin, ethnicity, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or age.
We believe that disability or physical challenges should not be a barrier to participation however, unfortunately, the studio is not completely accessible. We will do our best to provide reasonable adaptions to make possible safe inclusion for all. However, if this is found not to be possible, we will make it clear in advance.

If you have any feedback, good or bad that you would like to bring to our attention, please email to do so. We strive to do the best we can, and feedback is always helpful.
Any complaints will be dealt with quickly, and we hope we can resolve them in a way that agrees with all parties.
